Tesla software V9.0 release soon?!

Today, I'm having trouble to log in on mobile Tesla account, and also Tesla app keeps showing "Temporary Maintenance Please try again later"

I feel like "Oh, Tesla is doing something, is this the sign for them ready to release software V9.0?"

In the beginning of this month(Aug). Elon Musk said V9.0 is coming in 4 weeks which is now, end of this month.

I'm expecting Tesla is launching their major update on Tesla software for V9.0 which includes a lot of major update features like Full Self Driving, DashCam using autopilot cameras, Auto Pilot interface change, etc.

Currently, Tesla app is showing below error message.
